When will my order ship? Because we are a custom shop, our items do take a few days to make for you. General shipping will be between 7-10 business days, but as long as 21 for certain items. Here is the breakdown of expected shipping times.
- Shirts: 7-10 days
- Hats: 10-14 days
- Custom work: 10-21, but we will give a completion estimate at the time of order.
How do I send pictures for photo items? If you order an item that requires a photo simply send it to our email at MonogramsOnMainHardee@yahoo.com. Please remember to use the best quality photos and no screenshots. If there is a problem with your photo, we will reach out to you via email.
Do you offer different styles of shirts? The shirts listed on our site are Bella Canvas brand, but we do offer Gildan, Jerzees and, at times, other brands. Please contact us if you have a specific brand in mind, so that we may create a custom order for you.
Do team or bulk orders receive a price break? Yes, bulk or team orders do receive a discounted price. Please contact us before placing an order.
Can you do Disney or other cartoon characters, licensed sports teams, etc.? We are not licensed with large organizations such as Disney or Florida State. We cannot legally produce merchandise that is copyright/trademark protected. We can, however, do high school sports teams or themed items in line with what you are looking for. If you are unsure if your desired item would be copyright protected, just email us at info@monogramsonmain.com.
